Peanut Butter & Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

  1. crust mix
  2. 6 tbspCreamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
  3. 1 1/2 cupRice Krispies
  4. 1 tspchocolate syrup
  5. Filling
  6. 1/4 gallonIce Cream (your choice, I used banana nut)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt peanut butter and syrup in microwave for 10 sec.

  2. 2

    Blend peanut butter and Rice Krispies together

  3. 3

    Spread crust in baking glass or freezer container

  4. 4

    Spread a thick even layer of ice cream on top of crust (thaw a little to make more manageable)

  5. 5

    place back in freezer for a couple of hours Cut and enjoy
