1 tbspminced garlic
1/2 cupcornstarch
1 tspsalt
1 tbspfresh ground pepper
5 cupmilk
1 canmushrooms
1/2 cupbutter
1/2 packagesegg noodles
2 cantuna

pre heat oven to 350

prepare noodles as directed on package

melt butter in large skillet

add minced garlic
5

stir in cornstarch until it thickens

add milk and stir until it thickens

add salt and pepper

add mushrooms

when noodles are cooked and drained add to sauce

stir in tuna then place in large baking dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes

optional - top with parmesan cheese and/or bread crumbs
