Take a bowl put flour and pinch of salt and put some water and make a dough

In a mixing bowl put chopped coriander, chopped green chilli and add Malai, salt and pepper powder mix well

Now roll the Roti and spread the coriander Malai mixture all over and cover with another roti and press the all side properly

Now heat a tawa put Partha and apply little amount of ghee and roast both side till golden brown

Creamy coriander paratha is ready

Serve with curd and Pickles
