Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cupGraham crackers
  2. 1/4 cupSugar
  3. 1/2 cupButter melted
  4. 8 ozCream cheese softened
  5. 2Eggs
  6. 1 cupSugar
  7. 2 envelopeInstant vanilla pudding 3 3/4 oz each
  8. 3/4 cupMilk
  9. 2 cupPumpkin purée
  10. 1Cinnamon
  11. 8 ozCool whip thawed
  12. 1/2 cupChopped pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    Crust. Combine graham crackers, sugar, and butter. Press into 13x9x2 inch baking dish and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cream cheese layer. Combine cream cheese eggs. And sugar. Beat until fluffy. Spread over crust

  3. 3

    Bake at 350?F for 20 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  4. 4

    Combine pudding mixes and milk. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add pumpkin and cinnamon and mix well. Stir in 1 cup of whipped topping

  5. 5

    Spread pudding mixture over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining topping over pudding layer. Sprinkle top with pecans

  6. 6

    Store in refrigerator
