Ingredients.

Take a bowl add besan, curd, salt, half, and a pinch of hing and 1 1/2cup water and mix well. Take care about lumbs.

Batter is ready keep it aside.

Heat a pan add 2tbsp oil, add all chopped veggies and salt stir.

Add chopped methi leaves, and stir.

Heat a pan add besan batter and fried veggies mix it well. Stir until the water is shocked.

Add 2tbsp oil and stir. The dough is ready after 20-25mints

Ready the dough. Makes small ball.

Heat a pan add oil add rain, hing, currypatta, greenchilli, red chilli crackle it.

Add the methi balls stir fry till 5mints. Add chopped corrienderleaves.

Serve it in hot with corrienderleaves chutney.
