Chocolate Surprise Cake

I was looking for an easy way to make dessert and without a fuss.
I pictured in my mind the delicious lava cake I love, and there it is. A lava cake without too much trouble. Enjoy!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the cake into squares and take out a square from the center with a knife (without reaching the bottom of the cake)
- 2
Now place chocolate cubes in the hole and melt in the microwave. Another option which is much better is to melt the chocolate alone and then pour it into the hole (because when you heat the cake in the microwave, the cake is hot and when applying the whipped cream on top, it will start to melt a bit)
- 3
Whip the cream until you get a steady foam, add a bit of instant vanilla pudding and whip again (taste to correct flavor)
- 4
Transfer into a piping bag and pipe on top of the cake. Place half of a sandwich cookie on top and enjoy :-) The amounts are just an assumption, add whipping cream , chocolate cubes or cookies as much as you need.

This was served as my father's birthday cake It was decorated with chocolate My parents praised it really highly for being delicious, so I decided to upload the recipe! Because I made it immediately following the first day of autumn, even though I didn't mean to, it's a cake that sort of captures the spirit of autumn. From the first layer, check the cake from the side to make sure that the height of the cake is even because it will affect the ease of the icing process. In regards to the softness of the cream, smooth out the cream by adding milk if it becomes hard. However, milk should only make up 20% of the cream at the most. This is according to a cake decorating book. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

Chocolate Cake Chocolate Cake
I made this cake imagining a cake which was made in a cartoon on Valentine. If you know what I am talking about, please give it a try.The amount of sugar for the pound cake is for the cake to be slightly sweetened. Adjust the amount to your liking If you make a cut in the dough before baking the cake, the cake would be baked nicely. Please make the time to chill after putting the creamy chocolate in between the cake to be at least 3 hours. Unless it will fall apart when you take it out. Recipe by Sarichirusan cookpad.japan -
