Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lblean ground beef
  2. 1 cupchopped onion
  3. 1/2 cupchopped green bell pepper
  4. 1/2 cupchopped yellow bell pepper
  5. 1 clovegarlic minced
  6. 1 can14 oz petite diced tomatoes undrained
  7. 1 can12 oz tomato soup
  8. 1 cupwater
  9. 1 can15 oz black beans undrained
  10. 2 cuppumpkin puree
  11. 1 1/2 tbspchili powder
  12. 1/4 tsppepper
  13. 1/2 tspsalt
  14. 1 dashallspice,& ground cayenne pepper
  15. 1~ TOPPINGS ~
  16. 1sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and crackers. Sometimes I serve this chili over spaghetti

Steps

  1. 1

    cook ground beef till browned and drain off fat

  2. 2

    mix in all other ingredients except toppings and place in a slow cooker set on low for 4 to 5 hours

  3. 3

    serve with desired toppings
