Clean and wash properly sarso and spinach.

Boil in a pressure cooker with water.

Heat ghee in a wok add ginger and garlic, sauté it, now add chopped onion, sauté it, now add tomato and all dry spices, sauté it till leaved oil.

Add boiled sag and cook on low flow 3 to 4 minute.

Serve with makki ki roti and butter and masala chah.
