Sabse pehle palak ko wash kar ke baric cut kar ke cooker mein 10 minute cook Karo

Ab ek kadai mein thoda oil le ke paneer ke square tucde kar ke fry karo

Uske baad cooker mein se palak thande ho Jaye phir mixture mein crush karein

Ab ek kadai mein ghee add karo aur usme ginger garlic paste saute Karo.

Uske baad chopped onion aur chopped tomato saute Karo aur5minute cook karo

Ab usme sare masale add karo aur crush ki hue palak aur paneer add karo aur 5 minute cook karo

Ye palak paneer ready.isko garam garam chapati ya bajri ke rotala ke sath serve karo
