2 bowlBoiled and mashed rice -
1 bowlChopped spinach /palak -
1 bowlFenugreek leaves /methi patta -
1/2 bowlGrated cottage cheese / paneer -
4 tbspBread crumbs -
2Chopped green chilli -
- 1 tbspChopped coriander leaves
1Finelly chopped onion -
1/2 tspGinger garlic paste -
2 tbspCorn flour -
as neededOil - for frying
to tasteSalt -

In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients.

Knead it like a dough.

Divide the dough into equal parts and shape them.

Deep fry till it turns golden brown and crispy.

Serve with hot tea.
