Ab makka ke aate mein bathua ka paste, salt, ajwain or moyen daal or hatho se ache se mila le ab thoda thoda warm water daal kar tight dough bana le.

Ab dough se loi le or ghee lagakar bailen se bel kar puri bana le.

Ab gas par kadhi mein ghee garam karein or ek ek karke sabhi puri fry kar le.

Ab garam garam puri ko apne pasand ki sabji ke saath serve karein.
