Mix salt and pepper in hung curd

Take potato..cut from center...marinate with hung curd...stick them with a tooth pik...keep in freez...till 1 hour

Now after 1 hoir. take spinach leaves on plate..

Spread min dip...garlic dip on others...

Now take potato...seprate with toothpik...wrap first with mint dip spinach...thn garlic dip spinach...agn insert toothpik...make all like dis...

Take a tawa..drizzke some oil...put potato on it. cook only to do warm...serve hot

Dnt cook over..otherwise spinach will crisp...so...only cook for 5 to 10 second....enjoy with tea time snack
