2 clovegarlic
2carrots
4celeri
15 oztomato paste
1bottle of chili sauce
28 ozdiced tomatoes
1 cupbrown sugar
1salt and pepper
1thyme and basil
38 oztomato juice
3 tbspoil
3 tbspwater

Slice all the veggies thinly and cook 10 minutes with oil

Add everything else and let simmer at low heat for 2 hours
