Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbChicken Breast
  2. 1 packagesGoods Italian Seasoning Packet
  3. 8 ozPackage of softened cream cheese
  4. 1 canCream of chicken soup
  5. 3 cupLong Grain White Rice
  6. 1/4 cupWater

  1. 1

    Place chicken in crock pot

  2. 2

    Mix together water and Italian seasoning mix.

  3. 3

    Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

  4. 4

    Mix together soup and cream cheese.

  5. 5

    Carefully remove chicken from crock pot and place on a plate.

  6. 6

    Put cream cheese and soup mixture in the crockpot and mix with dressing in bottom of crock pot.

  7. 7

    Return chicken to crockpot and mix to shred the chicken until heated through.

  8. 8

    Serve with rice.
