Season meat with tenderizer and remaining spices. Coat with a bit of olive oil , mix in minced garlic and refrigerate ,covered for at least one hour.

Brown meat on both sides, add vinegar and sliced onions. Cover with water.

Simmer, covered on med heat for 30-45, until steak can be cut with fork. Serve over white rice and accompany with amarillos. ( yellow, sweet plaintains) Buen provecho!
