Roast suji in ghee become brown.

Add sugar and mix it become sugar melt.

Add water 200ml stir it continusally.

Add butterscotch essence,chopped Badam,cardamom powder and mix it well.

Grees tray properly with ghee and set it thik layer.
- 6
Cut in diamond shapes and garnish with tuti fruity and chopped Badam.
