1/2hass avocado
1 cupfrozen banana slices
1/2 cupmatcha green tea concentrate (such as celestial lattes brand)
1/2 cupcold coconut milk or vanilla almond milk
1 bunchor handful of spinach or kale or a mixture of both
2 tbsppure maple syrup or pure agave
ice

Blend all ingredients except ice. Only use the ice if you like a thinner smoothie or you had to use fresh bananas instead of frozen.
