  1. 1 bunchStrawberries
  2. 1 bunchBlueberries
  3. 1 bunchRaspberries
  4. 1 tbsplemon juice
  5. 1 tbspEvoo
  6. 1 cupheavy cream
  7. 1 dashconfection sugar

  1. 1

    Clean all fruit in the sink. full the sink up with water, then pour a cap full of vinegar in the water. wait 10min and your fruit will be clean. Run them under clean water. And your ready to start preparing..

    Cut fruit in half long ways.

  3. 3

    In large bowl combine all fruit

  4. 4

    in a blender you are going to make a vinaigrette. 1/2 EVOO, 1/2 LEMON JUICE. Blend until it comes together.. 1-2 palses.

  5. 5

    pour the vinaigrette over the berries. TOSS IT. and its ready to serv.

  6. 6

    last but not lease serv with HEAVY CREAM , and lil dash of confection sugar
