Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsbhindi
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1 tspjeera
  4. 1/2 tsphing
  5. 2 tbspbesan
  6. 1 tbsproasted peanuts
  7. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  8. 2 tspchilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/2 tspjeera powder
  12. 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  13. 1/2 tspsugar
  14. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  15. Salt as required
  16. Few coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the bhindis and wipe it with clean cloth and let it dry for 15 mins.

  2. 2

    Meantime, roast besan till you get a nice aroma. Also, roast sesame seeds. Now, pulse grind roasted peanuts to a coarse powder.

  3. 3

    Now mix all the mentioned ingredients required for stuffing in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Cut the ends of the bhindi and slit it in the centre carefully. Stuff it with the stuffing.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan and add jeera and hing and all the bhindis and cook them.

  6. 6

    At the end add the leftover stuffing if any and cook it for another 2 mins.
