Chhena malpua (cottage cheese malpua)

In a big bowl mix chhena or cottage cheese with sugar baking powder and cardamom powder.

Make a soft dough out of it.

Keep it aside for half an hour.

Make small small ball from the dough and slightly flatten it with the help of your hand.

Heat oil in a kadhai.

Deep fry the patty in medium heat till golden brown.

Make a thin sugar syrup.

Dip all these parties in sugar syrup and boil them for 2 minutes.

Serve it.
