Ingredients

4 largeZucchini
1/2 cupTomato sauce of choice
2 tbspParmesan cheese
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/3 cupMozzarella cheese
1/4 cupChopped turkey pepperoni

Steps

Preheat oven 375*

Slice zucchini in half length wise & place on baking sheet

In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder & salt

Spoon this mixture on top of each half of the zucchini, then top with cheese & pepperoni

Bake for 20-30 minutes

Then broil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown
