  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupheavy cream
  • 3 tbspflour
  • tspsalt 1/8 tsp
  • 1/2 cupunsalted butter
  • 1/4 cuprum
  • 1 tspvanilla extract

    Combine sugar, flour and salt in sauce pan over medium heat

  2. 2

    Add cream and butter, bring to a boil. Boil whisking constantly 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and stir in rum and vanilla.
