1 tspRed Tai Curry Paste
1 tspTamarind Paste
200 gramsCocconut Milk
1salt & Pepper
1 cupBasmati Rice
4 cupHot Water
1Olive Oil
2Jasmin Teabags

Steps

Add olive oil to deep pan, semi cook, add tai curry paste & tamarind stir until prawns are covered

Add coconut milk , & simmer for 15 minutes

Add 1 cup of rice to 4 cups of boiling water. Add salt & peper
4

Add 2 Jasmin teabags, simmer for 30 minutes or untill all water is absorbed
