Ingredients

  • 6 ozGraham Crackrr Crust
  • 15 ozPumpkin, canned, NOT Pie filling
  • 14 ozSweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 largeEgg
  • 1 1/4 tspCinnamon, divided
  • 1/2 tspGunger
  • 1/2 tspNutmeg
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 cupBrown Sugar, packed
  • 2 tbspFloor
  • 2 tbspCold Butter or Msrgarine
  • 3/4 cupWaknuts, chopped

Steps

    Pre heat oven to 425

  2. 2

    Combine Pumpkin, Milk, Egg, 3/4 tsp. Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg and Salt. Mix well and turn into our crust.

  3. 3

    Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, inacsmall bowl combine Sugar, Flour and remaining Cinnamon. Cut in Butter or Margarine until creamy. Sour in Walnuts.

  4. 4

    Reduce heat to 350. Sprinkle Walnut mixture over pie.

  5. 5

    Bake for 40 mins. our until knife comes out clean.

  6. 6

    Let cool.
