Ingredients

  • 1 cupcooked chickpeas (about 165 grams)
  • 1 cuptahini (about 240 grams)
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1lemon
  • 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • 5 ozground beef (about 150 grams)
  • Cashews and almonds

Steps

    Blend the cooked chickpeas with tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt until smooth.

    Sauté the ground beef until fully cooked.

    Toast the cashews and almonds until golden.

    Spread the hummus with tahini on a plate, then top with the sautéed beef, cashews, and almonds.
