Ingredients

  • 1garlic cloves
  • 15 pieceblanched (peeled) almonds
  • 1 tsppine seeds
  • 1/2 kgpeeled tomato
  • 5 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tspraisins
  • 1 tspcapers
  • 3 tbspparmesan or pecorino
  • 300 gramspenne rigati
  • 6basil
  • 5 tbsppasta water with amidon

Steps

  1. 1

    Put together garlic, white peeled almonds and pine seeds into a electronic mixer with peeled tomatoes, raisin, capers and olive extravirgin oil in order to mix them together for 2 minutes.

    Cook the penne rigati al dente for 9 minutes

  3. 3

    Take some water with amidon used to cook the penne and mix with the sauce in the mixer for another 15 seconds

  4. 4

    Put the sauce over the penne and mix them gently

  5. 5

    Serve with basil leaves chopped in the hand
