Rajasthani Mawa Malpua

For sugar syrup add sugar, 5 crushed cardamom, saffron in a pan/kadahi with 1/2 cup of water and let the sugar dissolves in water. Let it boil for 1 minute and then turn off the flame. Sugar syrup is ready.

In a bowl add grated mawa, refined flour, warm milk, cardamom powder and mix well to make smooth batter of flowing consistency. keep the batter aside for 15 mintues.

Heat ghee/oil in a pan/ kadahi. Pour approx. 2 tblsp batter into the kadahi. Malpua should be golden brown on both sides.

Garnish the malpua with chopped pistachios.

Your Yummy Rajasthani Mawa Malpua is ready to serve.
