Ingredients

  • 2 cupChilled milk
  • 1 cupMilkmaid
  • 3-4 tspSugar
  • Chopped almonds, pistachio few
  • Chopped rose petals few
  • 4 tspThandai masala powder
  • 4 tspSugar
  • For thandai masala..
  • 1/4 cupAlmond
  • 1/4 cupCashews
  • 8-10Black pepper
  • 2 tspFennel seeds
  • 3 tspPoppy seeds
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • 5-6Saffron threads

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all masala ingredients in Mixie and make powder.

    Smooth powder ready.

    Transfer into a bowl.

    Take chilled milk

    Add milkmaid and masala powder 4 tsp.

    Mix well, add sugar, mix well and strain.

    Pour into a serving glass

    Garnish with chopped dry nuts and rose petals, serve in chill.
