In bowl with elec mixer on low speed, mix together almond butter with honey until smooth and combined.

With mixer on low, add oats until combined, followed by pumpkin seeds. Add chocolate chips, cherries, and almonds. Mix for about 1 min or until combined.

Line baking sheet with wax paper. Roll a tablespoon of mixture in hands to make a ball. Roll in wheat germ and set on baking sheet.

Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
