100 gbutter/margarine
100 gsugar
1/4 cupmilk
Chocolate ganache...ingredients
40 gramschocolate bar
3 tablespoonsheavy cream

Assemble and weigh your ingredients

Sieve flour in a bowl add sugar and mix

Add margarine or butter to the flour mixture and rub in

Add milk little at a time as u knead until u get a not so hard dough

Wrap with cling film n refridgerate for 10 minutes

Shape as desired and bake in a preheated oven at 180degrees until they brown

Prepare your chocolate ganache by placing the chocolate bar in a bowl add heavy cream place the bowl in a sufuria with boiling water allow it to melt as u stir

When the cookies are ready dip half the cookie in the chocolate ganache and set them on a rack to dry
