Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1egg
  • dashmilk
  • 1bread crumbs
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspItalian seasoning
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 canTomato sauce
  • 1 canItalian stew tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Form meat into bite size balls.

  3. 3

    Fry meatballs until golden brown. Do not cook all the way thru. They will finish cooking in tomato sauce.

  4. 4

    Add all ingredients. Cook for 1 1/2 hours. Add meatballs. Cook for another 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
