Steps

Soaked moong daal for 3-4 hours.

Drain the water,add in a mixer and make a paste.

Transfer daal paste in a mixing bowl.

Add salt,chopped green coriander,green chillies,ginger,chat masala and mix well.

Heat oil in a wok,make pakodi and deep fried till golden in colour.

Serve with tea.
