Ingredients

1 serve
  • 4 cupsBeans
  • 7 pieceshalf ripe Plantain
  • 3cooking spoon Palmoil
  • Salt
  • 2Maggi cubes
  • 7 piecesFresh pepper
  • 3cooking spoon Crayfish
  • 2Onion
  • 3Ginger
  • 3Garlic
  • leavesScent

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the plantain,cut the onion,grate the ginger and garlic set all aside.

  2. 2

    Boil the beans for 30minutes,rinse twice.

  3. 3

    Boil water again in a pot,pour in the rinsed beans make sure the water dosent cover the beans.

  4. 4

    Pour in the onion,ginger and garlic.cover and boil for 20minutes.

  5. 5

    Check the beans and press it to confirm is soft.pour in the salt,crayfish and fresh pepper.

  6. 6

    After 10minutes pour in the half ripe plantain and palmoil.boil for 10minutes.

  7. 7

    Stir with a spartular and cover,allow to boil for at least another 7minutes.

  8. 8

    Is ready.cut the scent leaf and serve with it.
