Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cuphot sauce
  2. 1/2 stickmelted unsalted butter
  3. 1 tbsphoney (optional)
  4. 1 lbboneless skinless chicken breast (1/2in strips)
  5. salt and pepper
  6. 1/3 cupall-purpose flour
  7. 1/4 cupvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix hot sauce, butter and honey (optional)

  2. 2

    Coat chicken with flour.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in large pan. Add half the chicken. Sauté til brown. Repeat.

  4. 4

    Transfer to hot sauce mix. Coat completely
