this is one of the common house hold snack while growing up and i decided to recreate it base on how i remembered it

In a dry bowl sieve flour and baking powder then add sugar, mix and set aside.

In another bowl, whisk egg and milk then mix together and set aside
- 3
Add butter to the mixed flour and combine all the ingredients together then add the milk and egg
- 4
Mix thoroughly until you get a thick dough, gently roll out and cut with knife to your desired shape
- 5
Heat up oil on fire in a shallow pot for deep frying, once the oil is hot, fry your chinchin till its golden brown and drain in a paper towel
