200 graw bananas
10 gGarlic
Ginger10g
Salt
50 gflour(wheat)
mlHoney100
2 pcspepper
50 gramsonions
5 gcoriander

Cut raw banans into small round pieces

Cut chicken into pieces

Grate garlic and ginger together

Soak chicken in honey for 5mins....dipbin wheat flour together with spices and deep fry

Shallow fry bananas with onion garlic and ginger

Prepare gravy to serve the dish

Fry bananas

Sprinkle coriander on chicken
9

Serve while warm
