  • 7badi of urad dal or biri dali(in odia)
  • 1onion
  • 7 clovesgarlic
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspSalt
  • as neededmustard oil
  • As neededCoriander leaves

  1. 1

    Heat a fry pan and fry badi till reddish in colour.let it cool.

  2. 2

    Chopped onion into small pieces

  3. 3

    Mix badi, onion, garlic, green chillies, salt and one tsp of mustard oil.grind it coarsly.serve with chopped coriander leaves
