Ingredients

  1. 70 gramsbrown sugar, packed
  2. 50 mlsoy sauce
  3. 15 mlsesam oil
  4. 1/2 tspcrushed red-pepper flakes, or more to taste
  5. 1/4 tspground ginger
  6. 15 mlvegetable oil
  7. 3garlic, minced
  8. 500 gramsground beef
  9. 2green onions, thinly sliced
  10. 300 gramscooked rice

Steps

    In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and ginger.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

  3. 3

    Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. 4

    Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks. Don't forgot to drain the excess fat.

  5. 5

    Stir in soy sauce mixture and green onions until well combined, allowing to simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately with rice.
