Ingredients

  • 2 lbHamburger meat
  • 1 mediumChopped onion
  • 3Chopped carrots
  • 4Stalks chopped carrots
  • 2 can28 oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can16 oz red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can16 oz white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 can10 oz. Cans of beef stock
  • 3 tspOregano
  • 2 tspPepper
  • 5 tspParsley
  • 1 can20 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tspTabasco sauce
  • 8 ozPasta

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown meat. Drain fat.

  2. 2

    Put in crock pot with all ingredients except pasta.

  3. 3

    Cook on low 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.

  4. 4

    Add pasta 30 minutes before eating.

  5. 5

    Serve with warm bread.
