Ingredients

  • 1 cupSabudana -
  • 1Boiled potato
  • 1/4 cupFried groundnut
  • As needed Meetha neem leaves
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • to tasteFalhari salt
  • 2 tspLemon juice -
  • as neededGhee
  • as neededCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sabudana for 6 to 7 hrs

  2. 2

    In pan take ghee. Add meetha neem leaves, potato, groundnut.

  3. 3

    Now add sabudana, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Then decorate it with coriander leaves. Sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.
