Ingredients

1 hour
12 servings
  • 3 cupcooked minute rice
  • 3/4 cupred onion minced
  • 3 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1 tbspparsley, fresh, minced
  • 2 cuppeas, cooked with tbsp butter, 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 cupcorn, cooked with tbsp butter, 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbspCoconut oil
  • 1seasoning salt
  • 1fresh ground pepper
  • 1salt
  • Glaze Sauce
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • 3/4 cupketchup
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsplemon juice

  1. 1

    mix all ingredients for glaze sauce together in a bowl. place off to side for future use.

  2. 2

    Add 4 tbsp of oil to skillet (coconut or vegetable) then add all ingredients in and mix on medium to high heat.

  3. 3

    once onions are tender add in glaze sauce. cook on medium heat and stir occasionally for 20 min.
