Ingredients

  1. 1 lbboneless skinless chicken
  2. 1 lbvelveeta
  3. 1 canrotel tomatoes
  4. 1 lbspaghetti pasta
  5. 1 stickButter
  6. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  7. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  8. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  9. 1red or green bell pepper
  10. 1salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken in large pot adding 1/2 Tsp each salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Remove chicken when fully cooked (about 10-12 min)

  3. 3

    Boil spaghetti in remaining broth. Drain and discard water, do not rinse pasta

  4. 4

    Melt butter, in same pot. Sauté onion and bell pepper

  5. 5

    Put every thing back in the pot, one at a time and stir in between

  6. 6

    Add cheese and stir together, add salt and pepper to taste

  7. 7

    Heat until cheese is fully melted and combined
