Ingredients

  1. 1 dashYour favorite seasonings. I used garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, dried dill, oregano, rosemary with ginger, cumin, coriander, and dried cilantro.
  2. 1 canbiscuit (of course homemade is always the best)
  3. 1 packagesshredded cheese (which ever you prefer, I used Mexican blend)
  4. 1 packagesQuorn brand - meatless & soy free grounds (meat eaters - 1 lbs ground beef, or turkey meat)
  5. 1crushed garlic in olive oil (I usually keep a jar of this in fridge and use it everytime I cook..garlic lover!)

Cooking Instructions

    Cook meat with your favorite seasonings.

    preheat oven to 350°F

  3. 3

    take each biscuit & stretch them out a bit, so you can fit the cheese and meat.

  4. 4

    place a little shredd cheese on stretched out biscuits, then put a spoonful of meat, and more shredded cheese over the meat.

  5. 5

    take each corner of biscuits, hold together till biscuit is completely closed and turn over, so they don't open while baking.

  6. 6

    brush on each biscuit with the Olive oil and crushed garlic.

  7. 7

    bake according to the instructions of the can of biscuits.

  8. 8

    I've made this with Quorn brand chicken cutlets, and certain fishes like Haddock and Salmon, sauteed beans, even sauteed veggies!

I LOVE to cook and bake...I became vegetarian 3 years ago (only meat I eat is certain fishes) One of my biggest concerns in not eating meat anymore, was that I was not going to be able to have my favorite meals anymore, like burritoes, pasteles, etc. which were all meat based. After I stopped eating meat, I started to do research on chemicals in foods and the effects on our bodies..so I became even more concerned..So I started experimenting in the kitchen in re-creating the same meat dishes I use to eat, without the meat or the chemicals. I became obsessed, started to shed all my weight and I've been told numerous times I looked even younger! Now I don't even miss meat!
