Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesspinach
  2. 1/3 cupsnap peas
  3. 1 cupcooked wild rice
  4. 1/3 cuppecans
  5. 1/3 cupshaved coconut
  6. 1/4 cupcranberries
  7. Dressing
  8. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  9. 1/4 cupolive oil
  10. 1 tspginger
  11. 1 tspminced garlic
  12. 1 tsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, toss all salad ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Whisk dressing ingredients together. Toss into salad 20 minutes before serving for desired wilt.
