Ingredients

  1. 100 ghomemade paneer
  2. 1 bunch palak blanched
  3. 1 tablespoon mustard oil
  4. 1 tablespoon- ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 green chilli chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon Haldi powder
  7. 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  8. 1 tablespoon Jeera powder
  9. 1 tomato chopped
  10. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all cut small pieces of paneer

  2. 2

    Than heat the oil in kadai & fry all paneer pieces till light brown & remove it from the gas.

  3. 3

    Than add ginger garlic paste in kadai and fry for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Then add all dry ingredients in kadai and fry for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Then add blanched palak,tomato & cook for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Then add paneer pieces and mix well

  7. 7

    And add salt and cook for 2 minutes

  8. 8

    Now remove it from the gas.

  9. 9

    Serve in a serving plate.

  10. 10

    Enjoy with Rotis or naan.
