Jaljeera chutney: blend to smooth paste adding 2 tbsp water or more.

Take the white matar chana dal,black chickpeas in a bowl.

Soak it for 5-6 hours and pressure cook it for up to 4-5 whistles and take the boiled chana in a bowl.

Add salt to taste.
Add red chilli powder.
Add jeera powder and amchur powder. - 5
Then, add a pinch of ground pepper and add rock salt.

Add 4 tablespoons of the tamarind chutney.

Now add in prepared jaljeera chutney and mix well.

Then, add the chopped onions and tomatoes and green chilli.

Add lemon juice and add chaat masala
Mix thoroughly. - 10
Garnish it with coriander leaves and split green chilli and onions ring.

Serve it with hot kulchas.

Tip :You can add tamarind chutney on top as a garnish.
The kulcha chole can be eaten as such as a chole chaat.
