Steps

Chopped Veggies required for gravy

Washed and roughly chopped spinach

Diced cottage cheese

Heat a heavy bottom pan and add finely chopped onion and sauté for some time till transparent
- 5
Prepare fine paste from tomato, ginger and garlic green chilli. Add this paste to sautéed onion and mix well
- 6
Boil 5 cups of water and add chopped spinach in it. Mix for few minutes and remove spinach (blanching)

Prepare a fine puree of blanched spinach

Sauté the above masala till dries up

Add spinach puree, garam masala, coriander powder and salt to taste..

Mix well and let it cook

Add diced paneer and cook covered for some time and it's ready to serve

Serve hot immediately Flavourful Palak Paneer with roti naan rice or paratha and enjoying zero oil guiltfree eating
