1/2 cup Tomato puree
1/2 cup peas
2 tspChopped green Coriander
1 tspchopped garlic
to taste Salt
1/4 tspRed chilli powder
1/4 tspgaram masala

Baingan ko gas par roast kar peel and mash karein.

Wok main onion,garlic,tomato puree and all masala,peas add ke cover ke diya slow heat par cook ke liya after cook bhartha mix ke slow heat par bhun liya.

Green Coriander garnish ke diya.
