Firstly veggies ko wash karein.Cooker m veggies, salt or haldi mix karein or 1/2 cup pani dal kar 2 whistle lagaye.tomato, onion or peas nahi dalni hai.

Thora thanda hone par veggies ko achhe se mash karein.peas ko mash nahi krna.

Non stick pan garam hone par hing zeera or rai ko roast karein.ginger,garlic paste or green chilli ko 2 min roast karein.Add onion,saute 1 min.Add tomato and cook.add tomato puree and all masale.mix well.cook properly.

Mashed veggies and peas ko mix karein or sim gas pe 15 se 20 min tak pakaye.bhaji ko sim gas p jitna jyada cook krenge utni Tasty bnegi.Lemon ya amchur powder apni according add karein.

Coriander leaves se garnish karein.pav,chapati or paranthe ke sath serve karein.
