Ingredients

  1. 2.2 lbschicken breast, cut into strips (1 kg)
  2. 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  3. 1 tablespoonchicken bouillon powder
  4. 1 tablespooncumin
  5. 1 tablespooncurry powder
  6. 1 tablespoonground ginger
  7. 1 tablespoondried cilantro
  8. 2 tablespoonsshawarma spice mix
  9. 1 tablespoonred pepper paste or a pinch of chili powder mixed with tomato paste
  10. 2 tablespoonsvinegar
  11. 5 tablespoonsplain yogurt
  12. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  13. 1/2 cupoil (120 ml)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the chicken strips with all the marinade ingredients and let them marinate for 4 hours.
